speaking to? Do you actually speak to a
curtioius and professional staff member?
Not just a automated response form, asking
for your credit card details?
2. Are they an accredited, Government
licenced operator. Look for a Department
of Fair Trading licence number? Ours is
TAG 3001478.
3. Do they contribute to the Australian
Travel Compensation Fund - for your protection?
(Licenced operators are obliged, by law
and professionalism, to do so.)
4. Is there a physical business address,
in case you may need to discuss your satisfaction
- either good or bad - with the product.
5. Remember, it helps if the operators
and staff actually live in the Whitsundays
and not just some online booking shop often
situated hundreds of miles away.
